TEJAS brings Brightness

TEJAS …one of the prestigious project among the state. Truly TEjAS spreads TEJ in the quality of English education and the professional career of every teacher. TEJAS creates healthy atmospherefor ELT  among teachers.Teachers were overwhelmed to see the results of the project.  Being a SARP and ESA , I strongly feel it is one of the best project for the improvement of ELT which I have never ever seen before in my professional career. As far as ELT  is concerned, in rural and mainly in remote areas there is no surrounding of English language . Teachers are only the resources for the learners to learn the English language and will have good opportunities in future. In this Project, Tags are the best community for the teachers to improve their skill and develop their professional career. It has been helped to boost their confidence as well. Tag cos. are the mediator to achieve this goal. In a roundabout manner it is useful and helpful for the classrooms and the children’s  across the state.
TEJAS fired up my qualities and potential  owing to I am doing my goal orientated work  with zeal. I learnt lot of things from TEJAS project. I implemented these things by using following techniques.
1. Conducting various activities with the learners, and teachers whenever visited schools and Tags.
2. Observing classroom and Tags once in a week.
3. Giving Sandwich feedback to tag cos. and tag teachers.
4. Joined and successfully completed with higher grade Cipelt ,TOPDI , Becoming a better teacher and much more online courses.
5. Attended and designed  the webinars and shared the key points of webinars on social media.
6. Reflected on every activity everyday.
7. Planning and delievering the trainings.
8. Managing the challenges in a fruitful way.
9. Fish for compliment.
10. Face to Face and sometimes using Zoom meeting.
11. Monitoring,motivating, supporting to tag cos. and tag teachers by making calls.
12. Designing our own workshops and delivering in monthly conferences.
13.Material writing.
14. Sharing new techniques, ideas, resources, motivational videos on twitter,facebook and Whatsapp.
15. Making videos of ideal classrooms and tags.
               Especially I learnt how to use social media in a innovative way to encourage the teachers and for the fruitful discussion, CPD and PLN. Due to TEJAS I become Tec savvy and started using technologyto a great extent . It was a fabulous change, I have seen  in myself. I realized An empty bag will not stand upright.
                      Besides, I have noticed some changes in my tag cos. and tag teachers. I found these changes during my visits in their classrooms and tags. I realised that they were doing and trying what they learned from trainings and tags. I recognised it by seeing their involvement on social media. They shared their real videos. In the symposium they presented their work confidently.They contacted me for their query or issues. Following changes I noticed in their working places.
1. They were committable and sincere towards their work.
2. Their confidence level was high.
3. They can speak in English without hesitation.
4. They participated in every activity enthusiastically.
5. They take charge of their own responsibility of CPD.
6. They can reflected and planned well.
7. They beefed up their presention skill.
8. One of my tag co. put his example how to conduct the tag ideally. He is very doing his work with dedication.
9. The tag teacher from Pombhurna block, he made SAG (Student Activity Groups)for the implementation of the project. Students having fun to be a part of it.
10. They can able to write reports aptly. They developed their writing skill.
The changes I have noticed in myself as-
1. My writing skill is developed. I am writing blogs and reflections.Able to make lesson plans effectively.
2. My speaking skill is now up to the mark. Now I am very comfortable with the language.
3. I can able to plan in details(who,what,when,why.how,where)  and manage any event systematically.
4. After every activity now I am reflecting.
5. I can use social media effectively.
6. I  developed  mentoring, monitoring and facilitating skill. 
7. I managed challenges and rigorous issues smartly.
8. I set my goals and able to plan very well.
9. I am doing and completing my work before the deadline.
10. I can able to manage multitask.
11. Last but not least I am very much  committed and dedicated myself in every walks of life.
12. I keen to learn through MOOC.
13. I can frame my own activities and simple,short,clear instructions.
14. Now , my work is fact oriented .
15. I am confident to use social media for CPD .
                                   I am very satisfied to be a part of TEJAS. Because I saw the impact of TAGs in the primary classrooms due to the efforts of my tag cs, tag teachers and the learners. They are very confident and doing admirable job. Now , the resolution of this academic year is
1. I am trying to get all stakeholders will give the best for the learners.
2. I want to work on my tag cos. and tag teachers CPD.
3. I want to infused on reflection and action plan in their minds.
4. I want to implent the TAGs in a better and proper way and to capable stakeholders to do it.
5. I will give the platform to the stakeholders to share their innovations.
Eventually, I would say TEJAS has given to all of us the direction to continue our professional development in multi dimentions. Indeed,TEJAS brings Brightness
